Khi dùng teetominteractive.com và các game của Teetom Interactive, bạn đồng ý với các điều khoản dưới đây.

1. Dịch vụ

Game trên trang được chơi miễn phí trên trình duyệt. Chúng tôi có thể thay đổi, cập nhật hoặc tạm ngừng game và tính năng bất cứ lúc nào.

2. Tài khoản

Tài khoản là tuỳ chọn, đăng nhập bằng Google. Bạn chịu trách nhiệm với hoạt động trên tài khoản của mình. Bạn có thể xoá tài khoản bất cứ lúc nào trong mục Hồ sơ.

3. Hành vi được chấp nhận

Không dùng tên hiển thị hoặc ảnh đại diện xúc phạm, phản cảm, mạo danh người khác hay vi phạm bản quyền. Không gian lận, can thiệp hệ thống, tấn công hay lạm dụng máy chủ. Chúng tôi có thể đổi tên, gỡ ảnh hoặc khoá tài khoản vi phạm.

4. Nội dung và quyền sở hữu

Game, hình ảnh, âm thanh, câu chuyện, tên và logo “Teetom Interactive”, “Fateling” và “Đời Ơi!” thuộc về Teetom Interactive. Ảnh bạn tải lên vẫn là của bạn; bạn cho phép chúng tôi lưu và hiển thị ảnh đó trong phạm vi dịch vụ.

5. Vật phẩm trong game

Xu, huy hiệu và đồ trong game không có giá trị tiền tệ thật, không thể đổi ra tiền và không được mua bán.

6. Giới hạn trách nhiệm

Dịch vụ được cung cấp “nguyên trạng”. Trong phạm vi pháp luật cho phép, chúng tôi không chịu trách nhiệm cho việc mất dữ liệu, gián đoạn dịch vụ hay thiệt hại gián tiếp. Không điều nào ở đây loại trừ quyền của bạn theo Luật Người tiêu dùng Úc (Australian Consumer Law) hoặc luật bảo vệ người tiêu dùng nơi bạn sống.

Điều khoản này theo pháp luật bang New South Wales, Úc.

By using teetominteractive.com and the games by Teetom Interactive, you agree to these terms.

1. The service

Games on the site are free to play in your browser. We may change, update or pause games and features at any time.

2. Accounts

Accounts are optional and use Google sign-in. You are responsible for activity on your account. You can delete your account at any time from your Profile.

3. Acceptable use

Don't use display names or profile photos that are offensive, explicit, impersonate others or infringe someone's rights. Don't cheat, tamper with, attack or abuse our systems. We may rename, remove photos from, or suspend accounts that break these rules.

4. Content and ownership

The games, art, sound, stories and the names and logos “Teetom Interactive”, “Fateling” and “Đời Ơi!” belong to Teetom Interactive. Photos you upload remain yours; you allow us to store and display them as part of the service.

5. In-game items

Coins, badges and items in our games have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for money and cannot be bought or sold.

6. Limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost data, service interruptions or indirect losses. Nothing in these terms excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law or the consumer laws where you live.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
